PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENTS Pilates helped improve my posture and overall muscle tone... Although I've been steadily losing weight for the past couple of years I received so many more compliments since I started doing Pilates with Michelle. Michelle Els’s Online Fitness Training program is perfect for me. I've had sessions with personal trainers, but they're expensive, and I don't want to pay someone just to stand around and tell me, "Do three more!" Hey, I can tell myself that for free! The workouts I receive from Michelle are always creative and fun, and they always provide a total fitness approach. When I'm finished with my workout, my entire body feels as though it's been thoroughly worked out, and with safety. Before Michelle’s training programs, when I tried to devise my own fitness regimens, sometimes I would end up with sore muscles the next day, and I was never certain if I'd overlooked important muscle groups. I also didn't work as hard overall. Now I take my printed workout with me to the gym, I do every exercise as prescribed, and afterward I feel great! I also take my workouts with me when I travel. I'm especially pleased with all the novel uses of stability and medicine balls. I've never seen anyone at my health club who uses these aids the way I do. Unfortunately, I'm not a person who likes to anticipate exercise, although I love having exercised! So the other absolutely vital part of Online Fitness for me are the logs. I report my cardiovascular exercise and my strength training experiences, and in response Michelle makes encouraging and informative comments, and gives me terrific, expert advice whenever I'm experiencing a problem. On days when I don't feel like a trip to the health club, sometimes just knowing I can describe my experience afterward in my logs is enough to get me there! As for results, I've definitely lost inches around my thighs and lost fat around my abdomen. Pants that use to be snug are baggy on me now. I'm almost 49 years old, and my underarms aren't flabby! My clothes look better on me than they used to, and my energy levels and mood benefit greatly, of course, from regular exercise. Good health is beyond price.
