We train all of our clients in the comfort, privacy and convenience of Michelle’s home gym in Long Valley, New Jersey. If you have made the decision to improve your health with the advice, support and expertise of a personal trainer, the first step is to fill out our comprehensive assessment forms covering your health history, exercise history, lifestyle information, goals, nutrition intake, and equipment availability. These will be evaluated by Michelle in order for her to prepare and customize your program. The next step will be to set up your first 90-minute consultation, which consists of Michelle discussing your personalized program -- leaving you with clarity as to how to eat and begin making positive behavioral changes -- as well as a plan for your exercise routine Private Personal Training Sessions are either One Hour or One-Half Hour minutes long and consist of 1) a warm up, 2) strength training, 3) stretching, and depending on your abilities and goals, 4) cardiovascular training. Each session is designed to keep your body improving. Michelle’s goal is for you to ultimately become independent as she educates, empowers, and coaches you towards incorporating fitness and healthy eating as a permanent part of your life. Semi-private Training Sessions allow participants the option of either two, three, or even four people to share an hour session, each getting a full body workout with the same benefits of a Private session. Single Sessions are one time only, with no commitment to future sessions. A Series of Sessions, used on a regular basis (as little as once a month or as often as three times a week), are offered at a reduced rate per session.
